     Pax Christi! Welcome!

     We are an international Community of cloistered, contemplative Nuns who belong to the Order of St. Dominic -- the Dominicans.

Our Dominican motto is:
Laudare: To praise ~ Benedicere: To Bless ~ Predicare: To Preach the Word of God, Jesus Christ, Saviour of the world.

     United in prayer, our consecrated, contemplative life is totally dedicated to serving Christ and His Church in silence and solitude. Our special mission, given us by our Founder Fr. Damien Marie Saintourens, O.P. and affirmed by the Magisterium of the Church, is to pray and propagate the prayer of the Perpetual Rosary. Praying the Rosary continually before the Blessed Sacrament, we bring the needs of our Dominican Brethren and the entire world to Jesus through Mary.

     Here, in our Fatima cloister, we have a threefold calling to the life the Rosary: through the tradition of St. Dominic; the charism of Fr. Damien-Marie and the Message of Our Lady of Fatima.

PRAYER TO OUR LADY OF THE ROSARY

     O VIRGIN MARY, grant that the recitation of Your Rosary may be for me each day, in the midst of my many occupations, a bond of union between my actions, a tribute of filial piety, a sweet solace, an encouragement that leads me serenely on the path of duty. Grant me, above all, O Virgin Mary, that the meditation of the fifteen Mysteries may form in my soul, little by little, a luminous atmosphere, that penetrates my understanding, my will, my heart, my memory, my imagination, my whole being. Thus, may I acquire the habit of praying while I work, without the aid of formal prayers, but with interior acts of veneration and supplication. I ask You this, O Queen of the Holy Rosary, through St. Dominic, your favoured son, great preacher of Your Mysteries and faithful imitator of Your Virtues.
